User Data Deletion
This page explains how to remove Reason4X's access to your accounts and how to ask Next Orion LLC to delete the data Reason4X holds about you. It applies to every way you can connect to Reason4X, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Google and Microsoft.
What Reason4X holds when you connect an account
- The account's ID and its name (for example, your Facebook Page or Instagram account name).
- The access keys the platform gave Reason4X, stored encrypted.
- Drafts and posts prepared for that account, and the platform's performance numbers for posts Reason4X published.
- If you sign in to Reason4X: your name, your email address and the ID of the Microsoft or Google account you sign in with.
Reason4X does not sell this data and does not use it for anything other than running the service for you.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside Reason4X
Open Reason4X, go to Connections, and choose Disconnect on the account's card. Reason4X deletes the stored access keys straight away and can no longer reach that account.
Option 2 — Remove Reason4X from the platform
Every platform lists the apps you have connected in its settings. Remove Reason4X from that list and the platform stops Reason4X's access straight away. On Facebook, this list is under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
Option 3 — Ask us to delete your data
To have the data Reason4X holds about you deleted, email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request, and include:
- Your name and the email address you used with Reason4X, if any.
- The platform (for example, Facebook or Instagram).
- The account or Page name you connected.
We will reply to confirm we received your request, check that the request comes from the account's owner, and delete your data within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
What we may keep
We keep a short record that your request was received and completed, and anything the law requires us to keep.
